"Horrible. I specifically asked to take all these “benefits” (life insurance, health insurance etc) which total $40 that gives a discount to my motor policy and tyler the rep didnt do it he just took off some stuff from my motor policy so that the price would be “lower” which will result less protection for me on my auto insurance. They need to assist our needs not what benefits the firm they must make some type of commission"

"I'm so disappointed that car insurance has gotten so expensive and the companies are leaving the regular people in the ditches. No tickets in 5 years +, don't matter, no dui ever, don't matter. Every single insurance company is making it impossible for us to afford insurance. No accidents, no matter. You will still have to pay an arm and a leg. I truly wish that the government could monitor and control the expensive Olympics known as the car insurance industry. The people here are great, but I wonder do they have to pay what we have to. Once my car is done, no more insurance."

"While I was reluctant of State Farm these guys helped me get coverage I could actually afford. Not the coverage I really wanted but at least I have something. Most insurance companies are price gouging and you end up paying for coverage you will never use but this agency did not try to push a sale of things on me they knew I didn’t need. I told them my story and they quickly got something together to help me!! They were out to help me and not try to make money off me on things they knew I didn’t need. If you’re looking for an honest agency to help you out in times like they are now, this is the place for you!! Stop using agency pushing to give you something you don’t need and will never use. Those agencies don’t care about you but this one truly does!! Use them you will not regret it, I sure don’t regret taking the call and going through them!"
